As a soloist and continuo player, Claire Antonini is considered one of the preeminent specialists of French lute music of the 17th century, of which she has made three recordings.
She has accompanied the greatest singers and instrumentalists, including Philippe Jaroussky, Monique Zanetti, Isabelle Poulenard and Marianne Muller.
She regularly plays in various Baroque orchestras: Les Arts Florissants, Astrée, Le Concert Spirituel and Les Accents. She teaches lute at the Conservatory of Chelles.
